This is a test post to ensure that the SEO is working correctly on the site. I will attempt to tyope a load of nonsense on this page so as to fill it out a bit. I seem to be pretty good at talking complete codswallop most of the time so this should not be too difficult 
Well, I have started a few blogs now and have finally decided that this is definitely a permanent one. This is one of two blogs that I will be frequently using. The other blog is the ZhunoBlog which is dedicated to the ZHuno.com site. That site is dedicated to Optimum nutrition and Fat-Loss. I have found that it is necessary to make sure that I stay focused when it comes to a certain type of Blog. The ZhunoBlog must remain entirely focused on Nutritional Understanding if it is to remain targeted.
This site is merely just a personal Blog which I will use to communicate with the entire blogosphere (or whatever it is called!) This site is the one that I will use when commenting on other peoples Blogs. I will attempt to keep the Marketing down to a minimum… not to say that there is anything wrong with marketing. I must also mention that I never spam either.
This is only a post so it is likely to get drowned under many others but I will run through a few ideas for this Blog all the same. I will make things more “written in stone” on an individual page in the future (making sure that I do not make that a “do it tomorrow” task ;p)

I love to write, but I also I love to talk to myself :). This is hopefully going to be a replacement for talking to myself because the walls are a bit thin in this place. My next door neighbour has not called in the men in white coats yet so I don’t really know what I am worried about really. I think the main thing is that I believe it is necessary to clog the Internet up with more useless banter because that is what makes the human race so marvellous!
Oh well, what a lovely way to start of a Blog. I don’t think I will be driving any traffic to this page…
Nate Zhuno is a nutrition writer and blogger. This is one of two main Blogs that he runs. The other Blog (ZhunoBlog!) is dedicated purely to nutrition and health. This is a Personal Blog dedicated to randomness... and whatever else.
